7:30am Breakfast: Oatmeal
10am Snack: Fiber Bar
1:30pm Snack: (in class) Low Carb Vanilla Shake
3pm Lunch: 1/2c cottage cheese and 1/2c bell peppers, (not pictured) 2oz Almonds <---yeah, I'm addicted!
5pm Dinner: Grilled Ahi Tuna w/ Bok Choy and side salad
7pm Dessert: 100 cal microwaveable brownie

ReplyDeleteQuestion: I am not a fan of cottage cheese, but I do enjoy bell peppers, do you know of an alternative to cottage cheese (to go with the peppers)?

As far as alternatives, here's a few that I like:
-Hummus (many flavors)
-Tuna pate'
-Greek yogurt
-Peanut Butter
Hope these are good choices for you, please let me know if you would like other "snack" ideas.
